Know exactly when your order reaches Waterloo.

Let a cold delivery warm up before you open it.

Parcels sitting in an unheated vehicle or porch can arrive colder than your home. Give a winter delivery 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature before breaking the seal, so condensation forms outside the pouch instead of inside it.

Keep your tea out of a hot car or windowsill once it arrives.

Summer highs like this are fine for transit, but a sealed pouch left in direct sun or a parked car for hours can still warm up enough to accelerate flavour loss. Move it to a cupboard soon after delivery.

Resealing matters even more once a pouch is opened.

Our pouches are resealed with a one-way valve after each use specifically because humidity is tea's biggest enemy after opening. In a humid city, reseal promptly after each use and consider an airtight canister for long-term storage.
