Tea is sealed in a foil-lined pouch before it ever reaches a cold vehicle or porch, so freezing transit temperatures don't affect flavour. Let a cold parcel reach room temperature before opening the pouch, so condensation doesn't form on the leaf.

Keep your tea out of a hot car or windowsill once it arrives.

Summer highs like this are fine for transit, but a sealed pouch left in direct sun or a parked car for hours can still warm up enough to accelerate flavour loss. Move it to a cupboard soon after delivery.
