Elion Rewards: Terms and Conditions

Elion Rewards has three tiers: Gold (free to join), Platinum ($700 in qualifying annual spend), and Diamond ($1,800 in qualifying annual spend). All tiers earn 10 points per $1 spent. Gold members also receive 100 bonus points upon account creation. Full current tier requirements and benefits are listed on the Elion Rewards page and are available for review before you enroll.

Program details, including point values, tier thresholds, qualifying spend requirements, birthday rewards, and associated perks, are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Points, tier status, and benefits have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash except as explicitly stated in these terms.

The Elion Rewards Program includes three loyalty tiers: Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Loyalty tier status is determined based on a member’s total qualifying purchases made during each calendar year, from January 1 through December 31.

Members qualify for each tier by reaching the applicable annual qualifying spending threshold:

• Gold: Free to join
• Platinum: $700+
• Diamond: $1800+

Upon reaching the applicable spending threshold for a tier, the member will be upgraded to that tier. The upgraded tier will remain in effect for the remainder of the calendar year in which the tier was earned and through December 31 of the following calendar year.

On January 1 of each year, a member’s annual qualifying spend will reset to $0 for the purpose of determining future tier qualification. This reset will not affect the member’s existing tier status or available loyalty points.

To maintain a tier beyond its applicable expiration date, the member must meet the required qualifying spending threshold during the applicable calendar year. If the member does not meet the required threshold, their tier status will be adjusted based on the qualifying spend achieved during that calendar year.

Tier upgrades will take effect once the applicable qualifying spending threshold has been met.

Qualifying spend excludes taxes, shipping fees, and returned or canceled orders.

Points are earned at a rate of 10 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases; exclusions may apply to specific products, promotions, taxes, and shipping. 1,000 points convert to $5.00 in redemption value. Points expire if an account is inactive for 12 months, or upon account closure. Elion reserves the right to modify the points-to-dollar conversion rate at its discretion.

Elion Anniversary Credit is issued once per year on or around the anniversary of the date the member joined the Elion Rewards Program, provided the member’s account is active and in good standing.

Eligible members will receive one Anniversary Credit per membership year. Anniversary Credit must be redeemed within 60 days of the date of issuance. Any unused Anniversary Credit remaining after the 60-day redemption period may expire.

Anniversary Credit is separate from loyalty tier status and loyalty points and does not affect a member’s qualifying spend or tier status.

Free shipping thresholds, early product access, double-points events, VIP promotions, and priority support are benefits tied to active tier status and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at Elion's discretion.

When a referred customer places their first order, they receive $25 in store credit added to their account, and the referring member receives a one-time-use code for 15% off their next order. Referral discount codes have no cash value. Referral rewards are subject to separate referral program terms, including fraud prevention and eligibility requirements, and Elion may deactivate a referral discount code obtained or shared in violation of those terms.

Elion reserves the right to close an individual member's account and terminate their participation in the Rewards program at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse of the program, violation of these terms, or extended account inactivity. Upon account closure, any unused points and unclaimed rewards associated with that account are forfeited.

Membership in Elion Rewards is subject to these full Program Terms and Conditions. Elion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program, or any member's participation in it, at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.
