Elion Rewards: Terms and Conditions

Elion Rewards has three tiers: Gold (free to join), Platinum ($600 in qualifying annual spend), and Diamond ($1,800 in qualifying annual spend). All tiers earn 10 points per $1 spent. Full current tier requirements and benefits are listed on the Elion Rewards page and are available for review before you enroll.

Program details, including point values, tier thresholds, qualifying spend requirements, birthday rewards, and associated perks, are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Points, tier status, and benefits have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash except as explicitly stated in these terms.

Tier status resets annually from the date of your first order. Annual qualifying spend is calculated over this 12-month membership period. At the end of each period, tier status is re-evaluated based on qualifying spend within the new period, and members must requalify for Platinum or Diamond status each year.

Points earned remain in your account and do not expire due to a tier reset, though points may still expire due to prolonged account inactivity or account closure, as described below. Qualifying spend excludes taxes, shipping fees, and returned or canceled orders.

Points are earned at a rate of 10 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases; exclusions may apply to specific products, promotions, taxes, and shipping. 1,000 points convert to $5.00 in redemption value. Points expire if an account is inactive for 12 months, or upon account closure. Elion reserves the right to modify the points-to-dollar conversion rate at its discretion.

Birthday rewards are issued once per year on or around a member's birthday, provided the account is active and in good standing and a verified birthdate is on file. Rewards not redeemed within 60 days of issuance may expire.

Free shipping thresholds, early product access, double-points events, VIP promotions, and priority support are benefits tied to active tier status and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at Elion's discretion.

Referral rewards ($25 credit for the referred customer, 15% off for the referring member) are subject to separate referral program terms, including fraud prevention and eligibility requirements.

Elion reserves the right to close an individual member's account and terminate their participation in the Rewards program at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse of the program, violation of these terms, or extended account inactivity. Upon account closure, any unused points and unclaimed rewards associated with that account are forfeited.

Membership in Elion Rewards is subject to these full Program Terms and Conditions. Elion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program, or any member's participation in it, at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.
