Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and handed to a carrier within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees. Weather, customs processing, and carrier delays are outside our control, and we don't take responsibility for delivery delays caused by a carrier or by third parties once a package has left our facility.

It's your responsibility to enter a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We're not able to issue refunds or replacements for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you catch a mistake, email hello@elionsciences.com right away and we'll try to correct it before the order ships.

For orders shipped outside Canada, you are the importer of record and responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and fees charged by your country. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations for tea and food products before ordering. If a shipment is refused, delayed, or destroyed by customs, Elion is not responsible for any resulting cost, and the order will not be refunded or replaced.

All payments are subject to validation and authorization by your card issuer or payment provider. If your issuer declines a payment or flags it as high-risk, we won't be able to process or ship your order, and we're not liable for any resulting delay.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. If it still can't be located, contact us at hello@elionsciences.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
