Know exactly when your order reaches Quebec City.

Let a cold delivery warm up before you open it.

Parcels sitting in an unheated vehicle or porch can arrive colder than your home. Give a winter delivery 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature before breaking the seal, so condensation forms outside the pouch instead of inside it.

Keep your tea out of a hot car or windowsill once it arrives.

Summer highs like this are fine for transit, but a sealed pouch left in direct sun or a parked car for hours can still warm up enough to accelerate flavour loss. Move it to a cupboard soon after delivery.

Standard resealing care is all you need here.

Humidity at this level poses no real threat to a sealed pouch. Reseal the one-way valve fully after each use and you're covered.
