Elion Sciences Inc. ("Elion," "we," "us") wants you to be satisfied with every order. This policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on elionsciences.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the risk of degradation once they leave our controlled environment, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email hello@elionsciences.com a photo of what you received along with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
If your order hasn’t shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at hello@elionsciences.com . Once confirmed, we’ll process your refund.
Rewards Points on Refunded Orders
Points earned on a refunded order are deducted from your Elion Rewards balance once the refund is processed. See our Rewards Terms and Conditions for details.
