Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with a purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full cost of the product plus original shipping. Because our teas are a consumable food product, we generally don't require you to send anything back; in some cases we may ask a few questions about what didn't work so we can improve the blend.

This guarantee applies to products sold directly by Elion. It does not apply to purchases of brewing equipment made through a partner retailer via an affiliate link on our site (see "Affiliate Purchases" below).

Email hello@elionsciences.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within two business days and to process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us a photo of what you received along with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

You can cancel or change an order by emailing hello@elionsciences.com as soon as possible after placing it. We begin fulfilling orders quickly, so we can only cancel or modify an order before it has shipped.

Kettles, infusers, and other brewing equipment listed on Elion are sold by third-party retailers we link to; Elion does not process those payments or ship those items. Refunds, returns, and exchanges for equipment purchases are governed by the retailer's own policies, not this one.

Points earned on a refunded order are deducted from your Elion Rewards balance once the refund is processed. See our Rewards Terms and Conditions for details.
